Tour Name : Arr. Kolkata – Dep. Mumbai with Dharamshala, Ajanta & Ellora.

Tour Duration : 14 niGHTS / 15 dAYS

Destinations Covered : Kolkata - Bodhgaya – Rajgir - Nalanda – Varanasi – Kushinagar – Lumbini – Sravasti – Delhi – Dharamshala – Ajanta – Ellora – Mumbai.

 

Day 01: Arrive Kolkata – Bodhgaya (Overnight drive by Coach) (No Meals)
Meet & greet on arrival at Kolkata airport then drive to Bodhgaya. Overnight board the coach.

Day 02: Arrival. Bodhgaya (B/L/D)
Upon arrival check in & breakfast at the hotel. Late in the morning proceed to full day city tour visit Mahabodhi Temple, Sujata village, Niranjana River & various international monasteries.
All meals & O/N stay at a hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 03: Bodhgaya - Rajgir – Bodhgaya (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel & drive to Rajgir (Which is approx 70 kms. / 2.5 hrs.), upon arrival proceed to sightseeing Gridhkutta Peak, Venuvanaram and Bimbisar Jail. Lunch at Hotel in Rajgir.
After lunch drive to Nalanda (12 kms), visit ruins of ancient university. After finish the sightseeing then drive back to Bodhgaya. Dinner & O/N stay at the hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 04: Bodhgaya –Varanasi (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel at hotel. Then drive to Varanasi. Upon arrival check in & lunch at the hotel. Afternoon proceeds to visit to Sarnath - where the Buddha preached his first sermon in the Deer Park, contains the most impressive remains, as well as a modern temple. Then back to hotel for Dinner & O/N stay at a Hotel in Varanasi.

Day 05: Varanasi- Kushinagar (B/L/D)
Early morning boat ride on Holy River The Ganges with picturesque view of sunrise. Back to hotel for breakfast then drive to Kushinagar lunch will be provides some local restaurant.
Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06: Kushinagar – Lumbini (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel then proceed to visit Mahaparinirvana Temple, Ramabhar Stupa then back to hotel for early lunch. After lunch drive to Lumbini. Upon arrival in lumbini check in at the hotel.
Evening free for leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel in Lumbini.

Day 07: Lumbini – Sravasti (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel then visit birth Place of lord Budha, Lumbini Park, Ashoka stone pillar then drive to Sravasti. Upon arrival check in & lunch at the hotel. Afternoon proceed to sightseeing Jetvana Gardens, Angulimala Cave and Anatapindika House. The city believed to be founded by the mythological king Sravast, has age-old stupas & temples. After sightseeing back to hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08: Sravasti –Lucknow –Delhi by Stabadi Train (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel then drive to Lucknow. Upon arrival in Lucknow lunch will be provided at the restaurant. Then transfer to railway station to catch the train for Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi transfer to the hotel.
Dinner & O/N stay at the hotel.

Day 09: Delhi – Pathankot (By Overnight Train) (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel then full day Sightseeing Of Delhi Musuem, relics Stupa, India Gate, Parliament house, President House, Lotus Temple . After finish the sightseeing proceed for dinner then transfer to Railways station catch the train for Pathankot (its nearest railway station of Dharamsala). O/N board the train.

Day 10: At Pathankot – Dharamsala (B/L/D)
Early in the morning arrive at Pathankot railway station then drive to Dharamshala. Breakfast will be provided at local restaurant. Then continuous drive to Dharamshala.
Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Late in the morning proceed to sightseeing of Mcloedganj. Visit the place Tsuglagkhang, Namyang Monastery (where His Holiness Dalai Lama resides), Tibet Museum etc.
Lunch, Dinner & O/N stay at the hotel in Dharamshala.

Day 11: Dharamsala – Pathankot - Delhi (By Overnight Train) (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Late in the morning proceed to sightseeing of Bhaksu Temple, Bhagsu water fall. After an early lunch leave the hotel & drive to Pathankot. Dinner will be provided at local restaurant then transfer to railway station to take overnight train for Delhi. O/N board the train.

Day 12: Arrive Delhi – Aurangabad By Flight (B/L/D)
Arrival Delhi as per above train transfer to hotel for wash n change + Breakfast. Then proceed to sightseeing of Akshardham Temple. After sightseeing proceed to Chinese Restaurant for lunch. After lunch transfer to airport to take flight for Aurangabad. Upon arrival at Aurangabad airport then transfer to hotel. Dinner & O/N stay at the hotel.

Day 13: Aurangabad - Ajanta caves ((Closed on Monday)) – Aurangabad (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel then proceed to full day excursion to Ajanta caves (Closed on Monday) - Nestling in an inner fold of the Sahyardi hills, 100 km from Aurangabad in the shape of a mammoth horse- shoe, are the 30 rock-hewn caves of Ajanta. The Caves date from the 2nd century BC. Discovered in 1819 by a group of British army officers, these startling achievements took around 600 years to create. Carved with little more than a hammer and chisel, Ajanta, once the retreat of Buddhist monastic orders features several 'chaityas' (chapels) and 'viharas' (monasteries). Lunch at restaurant / packed. Evening drive back to Aurangabad. Evening at leisure. Dinner & overnight at hotel

Day 14: Aurangabad-Ellora (Closed on Tuesday) – Mumbai Overnight drive (B/L/D)
Breakfast will be served at the hotel and then will proceed full day Aurangabad city tour visit. Ellora Caves (Closed on Tuesday)- The famous rock cut caves temples of Ellora depict the Hindu, Buddhist and Jain faiths, and were constructed between the 5th and 8th centuries A.D. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon day free for leisure, shopping . After then drive to Mumbai. O/N board coach.

Day 15: Arr. Mumbai + Sightseeing + Departure (B/L/D)
Morning arrive Mumbai, transfer to hotel for wash n change room (04 Pax will be used one room) + breakfast. Then proceed for city tour of Mumbai. The Gateway of India, the construction of the Gateway of India was completely in the year 1924. This massive monument was built to mark the visit of the English king George V and Queen Mary to India Gate.Lunch will be served at Local Restaurants After Lunch Visit Prince of Wales Museum (closed on Monday)- It has a priceless collection of art, sculpture, china and other antics. Carefully preserved, this mid-Victorian Gothic style building built in 1904 with beautiful gardens surrounding it. Mani Bhawan (Gandhi Museum). After Dinner transfer to airport to take your return flight.
